Black Bean Brownies

Don’t let the name distract you from trying these delicious, fudgy brownies! The black beans actually make the flavor richer, the consistency more moist and the overall nutrition healthier! I promise you don’t even taste the unusual ingredient!

Ingredients:
– 1 can of drained and rinsed black beans
– 2 flax eggs or regular eggs
– 1/3 cup of almond butter
– 1/3 cup of coconut sugar
– 4 squares of melted @beautybarchocolate
– 1 tsp of vanilla
– 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
– 1/2 tsp of baking soda
– 1/2 tsp of salt
– 2 tbsp of oat flour
– 1/3 cup of mini chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Make flax eggs by combining 2 tbsp of flax + 5 tbsp of water and let sit in fridge for 10 min
3. Add beans, eggs, almond butter, coconut sugar, @beautybarchocolate chocolate and vanilla to food processor and pulse until combined
4. Add in the rest of the dry ingredients (except choc chips) and pulse until combined thoroughly
5. Fold in mini chocolate chips
6. Scoop batter into 8 x 8 parchment lined pan and bake for 30-35 min
