Cauliflower Crust Flatbread

Pizza doesn’t always have to be an indulgence… using a cauliflower crust helps cut carbs and making it more of a flatbread offers a much healthier alternative.

This pizza is naturally pink made with beet hummus, pickled onions and topped with sautéed mushrooms, peppers and @violife_foods feta.😋

Beet Hummus:
– 1 can of rinsed and drained garbanzo beans
– 1/4 cup of cooked beets
– 2 tbsp of olive oil
– 1 tbsp of lemon juice
– 1 tsp of minced garlic
– 1 tsp of sea salt
– 1/2 tsp ground pepper
