Glowing Girl Smoothie 💛
This smoothie is the perfect thing to add to your breakfast lineup! Not only is this smoothie very easy to make, but it’s also packed with Vitamin C, helps fight inflammation, and makes your skin glow all day long!
Adding the Lemon Bliss @skinnydipped almonds to the top of my smoothies is my favorite way to add a crunch!
– 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
– 1/2 frozen banana
– 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
– 1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk
– 1/2 tbsp of turmeric (great for fighting inflammation)
– 1 scoop of @vitalproteins collagen peptides
– 1/4 tsp of black pepper (optimizes the benefits of turmeric)
– @skinnydipped almonds for topping
