Protein Powered Breakfast💛☀️
This breakfast combo has everything you could ever want- protein, adaptogens, and vitamins! While I love eggs in the morning, they don’t always fill me up as much as I’d like. Pairing my breakfast with a mid morning @gomacro bar is the best way to keep me going throughout the day! Can’t forget the turmeric latte or freshly cut pineapple 😉

– 5 eggs
– 1 cup of spinach
– 1/4 cup of diced onion
– 1/4 cup of diced bell pepper
– 1 tsp of salt
– 1/2 tsp of black pepper
– 1 tsp of garlic powder
1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees
2. Whisk eggs with seasonings
3. Spray cupcake pan with a little olive oil and add veggies to each cup
4. Pour egg mixture evenly (1/2 full) into each cup
5. Bake in oven for 12-14 min
